THE REPUBLIC is a new family drama ripped from tomorrow's headlines. The first segment debuts February 6 on TheRepublicTV.com at 9:00 PM EST. Two more episodes will follow each week. Running time is 20 minutes. Marc Singer (BEASTMASTER, V) stars as Frank Alden, a beleagured dad who feels the world drop out from under. Sean Young (BLADE RUNNER, NO WAY OUT, ACE VENTURA) plays Martha Alden, a working mother who immediately grasps the sea change that threatens her family. Mary-Margaret Humes (SAVING GRACE, CRIMINAL MINDS, GHOST WHISPERER) and Larry Parrish (TEAM, MEGA SHARK, STAR TREK) are caught in the mix as events spiral out of control. Ken Penders directs.
